This is untested, and work in progress
Not much is know about the IO PROX tag, and only limited data can be found on its data sheet. Kantech state that readers and cards are compatible with Kantech Extended Secure Format (XSF) and standard 26-bit Wiegand. Tt is difficult to find any info on the XSF format.
Kantech ioProx seems to be a RF/64 FSK2a straight modulation.
